Once your hair accessory enters the final quality inspection phase, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every bow, barrette, and hair vine from Femique. You may return unworn items with all original protective packaging within 25 days of delivery (significantly longer than standard 14-day policies). For exchanges of size or color, we allow 35 days to accommodate potential international shipping delays. Initiate returns through www.femique.shop and select your preferred resolution. Please note: Personalized hair accessories with monograms or custom color combinations cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.
Return Conditions
To maintain our premium standards, all returns must: (1) Show absolutely no signs of wear, including hair oils or styling product residue (2) Include all original Femique packaging such as satin pouches and gift boxes (3) Have intact all protective coatings on metal components. Our quality team performs detailed 5-point inspections on every returned item. Refund Processing

The refund amount will exclude original shipping fees and any return shipping costs you incurred. For payments made through third-party processors, please allow an additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item or manufacturing defect). We strongly recommend using tracked shipping with insurance - Femique cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. For exchanges of limited-edition hair accessories valued over $250, we may provide prepaid return labels at our discretion.
Damaged/Defective Items

Special Circumstances
Bridal hair accessories (veils, crystal combs, etc.) have a modified 15-day return window due to their special occasion nature. For holiday purchases (December 1-31), the return window extends to January 20. Custom-designed pieces created from client specifications are always final sale. Femique reserves the right to limit future purchases from customers demonstrating return patterns inconsistent with normal use (returning over 50% of orders).
